How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply send an email to email@example.com or call our customer service number.
How do I make a payment?
We accept wire transfers, company checks or money orders. New customers will be required to pay prior to order shipment (until a relationship has been established) while our return customers will be offered net 30 terms.
We do not sell or give out any customer information what so ever.
Can you drop ship?
With proper notice and approval, we have completed drop shipments for our customers. If a drop shipment is required, please notify customer service prior to ordering.
How can I track my order after it has shipped?
We will email a tracking number once the package has shipped. You will be able to track your shipment using this number.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
As a contract buyer, we handle our inventory differently than most suppliers. In order to offer the freshest materials, we buy during the harvest season and ship as soon as the order is filled. While we do inventory a small amount of items, for freshness purposes, we typically ship within weeks of receiving the materials from our wildcrafters.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We can handle the entire shipping process and add it to your invoice. We add the exact rate supplied by the shipping company (no upcharge) and often are very competitive. However, if you have an in house shipping department, we are more than happy to let you arrange the shipping details. We only ask that the BOL be emailed prior to the arrival of the truck to our facility. If a package is shipped via UPS, we can add it to the invoice or use your shipping number as well.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
We offer bulk pricing almost exclusively. As a supplier of bulk natural products, we only offer small quantities for special purposes.
Are your herbs ready for use?
No, we only offer our natural products to companies that will use them for further processing.
What is a wildcrafter?
